NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold public hearings on Monday, January 23, 2023, to consider:
- Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to the City’s Zoning Code to add Accessory Dwelling Units as an Accessory Use in the Agriculture (A) District
- Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to the City’s Zoning Code to repeal and replace the Mixed Residential, Single-Family, and Townhouse (MXR-1) zoning district
- Amendment to the City Code to repeal its Parks, Trails and Lakes Commission (Section 31.75-31.77) and replace with a Park and Recreation Commission
Persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed request will be given the opportunity to be heard at the public hearings and is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center. If you are unable to attend the hearings but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments ahead of the meeting. You can also register to participate in an online Zoom format with our Zoom links. Registration is required for participation online (see link below).
