The City of Forest Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at Forest Lake City Center, 1408 Lake St. S., Forest Lake, MN 55025, to consider the following:
- Application by Kuepers, Inc. for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment, Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment, Final Plat, PUD Final Plan & Site Plan Approval for Forest Lake Apartments - Headwaters Village, located on a property with the PIN 29-032-21-12-0017. Anyone who wishes to participate in public hearings or the Planning Commission Meeting is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center. If you are unable to attend the hearings but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments to info@ci.forest-lake.mn.us or the emails below. You can also register to participate in an online Zoom format with our Zoom links. Registration is required for participation online.
