What's Happening

There will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing topics are as follows:

Variance application to build a deck and stairs 15 feet from the front property line at 806 11^th Avenue SE
Preliminary Plat application for the Fitzgerald Flats plat. This is a replatting of Headwaters Village Outlot A to create two parcels
Final Plat and Final Planned Unit Development applications to create a 35-lot residential subdivision located at 10161 North Shore Trail (PID: 13.032.21.43.0004)
