CITY OF FOREST LAKE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Forest Lake will hold public hearings to consider a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment pertaining to formatting of the existing code. The proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance are structural only, the City is not proposing any revisions to the content or language of the Ordinance with this amendment.
When: Planning Commission Meeting – Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
City Council Meeting – Monday, April 22, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
Where: City Council Chambers at 1408 Lake St. S., Forest Lake, MN 55025
Persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment will be given the opportunity to be heard at the public hearings. If you are unable to attend the hearings but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments ahead of the meeting. Information on this proposal can be obtained from the City Community Development Department at zoning@ci.forest-lake.mn.us.
