The City Council will hold public hearings on Monday, May 22, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers located at Forest Lake City Center, 1408 Lake St. S., Forest Lake, MN 55025, to consider the following:
- Vacation of a 30-foot wide right-of-way easement for public utilities on the property with the address 1148 Broadway Ave. W.
- Vacation of a 30-foot wide utility easement per the plat of Morehead Commercial on the property with the address 1098 Broadway Ave. W.

Anyone who wishes to participate in public hearings or the City Council Meeting is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center. If you are unable to attend the hearings but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments to info@ci.forest-lake.mn.us or the emails below. You can also register to participate in an online Zoom format with our Zoom links. Registration is required for participation online.
