The City of Forest Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at Forest Lake City Center, 1408 Lake St. S., Forest Lake, MN 55025, to consider the following:
- Application by MN-Forest Westlake, LLC for a Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Site Plan Approval to allow for construction of a 9,600 square-foot building with parking proposed for the north end of the Westlake shopping center property. The proposed new building would be located north of Northern Tool and Equipment store located at 119 12th Street SW and is intended for additional retail space.

Anyone who wishes to participate in public hearing or the Planning Commission Meeting is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments to info@ci.forest-lake.mn.us or the emails below. You can also register to participate in an online Zoom format with our Zoom links. Registration is required for participation online.
